It wasn't because they didn't teach them, and it wasn't because I didn't study. It was because the teacher I had didn't fit my learning style, and I was left trying to fill in the blanks on my own. After asking the right people the right questions, I finally got the understanding I had been missing — and I built this resource for the student I once was. I hold a certificate in Medical Dosimetry from Loma Linda University, a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Radiation Science, and a certificate in Online Education, and I still give occasional lectures to radiation therapy students and radiation oncology residents. Outside of physics, I enjoy sewing, am a newer artist still figuring it out, and the owner of a cat with a thing for water.
